Prop care
Maintenance
-
If you keep up a regular maintenance routine, your props should last you a long time.
-
Tighten any loose screws before and after a set up.
-
Use a wood filler for repairing damage.
-
Sand down any blemishes or uneven paint.
-
This can also be used to fix any damage to props in transit: pallet/courier/Parcelforce or even damage from van to venue and back again.
Using your props
-
Always make sure the props are set up on level flooring, indoors and are weighted securely to remain upright when in use
-
Always lift and gently set down your props when moving them to avoid damage.
-
Always advise your customers not to lean against or touch the props once set up.
